Grace Capelli Hair is a place where you can come as you are, feel as though your family and leave with confidence in your new look! I truly take pride in my craft since 2008. I listen to each clients individual needs and provide the best service possible. I specialize is color, color corrections, cutting, long hair, curly hair, men's cuts. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. As a small business, I reserve your appointment time specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and significant delays make it difficult to offer that time to another client.
No-Call/No-Show:
Appointments that are missed without notice are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled. A 50% fee of the scheduled service total will apply.
I completely understand that life happens and things come up. I will always do my best to be understanding and accommodating when possible. However, I also have a schedule to maintain and other clients who have reserved their time with me.
